In the first half of the eighteenth century Viteccio was, both, the name of a village and name of a wider community consisting of several settlements and three churches named after S. Nicola, S. Cristoforo and S. Lucia. Today Viteccio is a small group of buildings, including one of greater size, which seams a fortification. It has a high sloping base, an archer near the entrance and traces of some arched windows.
