It is first mentioned in documents of the eleventh to the fourteenth century when it was part of the municipality of Molli, constituting one of the most populous settlements. Beautiful is the tower of calcareous rock with a tall base with inclined walls and traces of the original windows (today incorporated on three sides in a newer building). Above the entrance there are various coats of arms, including the one of S. Bernardino of Siena and the Tolomei family, owners of the farm for many centuries.
